Description
CVD Cloud is a personal and business cloud system that lets you choose where files are stored. Connect a selected computer folder to the web panel through the Windows connector, or store files directly on your hosting account.
Create users, grant backup permissions and set read-only or read/write access to shared folders from the admin panel. Users can access files online and transfer photos and videos from selected Android folders to a computer or hosting destination.

Where are files stored?
Depending on your choice, files are stored in the connected folder on your Windows computer or in private storage on your hosting account.
Can I access files when my computer is off?
Accessing files on the computer destination requires the computer, internet connection and CVD Cloud connector to be running. Hosting storage works independently of the computer.
What does the Android app back up?
It backs up photos and videos in the selected folder. Contacts, SMS, app data, saved passwords and Android system settings are not included.
Does the Android app run in the background?
Yes. When a user starts a transfer, the app uses a background service with a notification. Android version, battery saving, manufacturer restrictions, network conditions or stopping the app may interrupt transfers.
Is there a storage limit?
CVD Cloud does not impose an artificial package quota. Capacity depends on your computer disk or hosting plan, server configuration and provider limits.
Can I upload large files?
Files are transferred in chunks. Actual size limits depend on free disk space, hosting limits, PHP configuration, connection duration and network stability.
Can I create multiple users?
Yes. Administrators can create users, grant backup permissions and assign read or write access for each share.
Can I preview photos and videos?
Photos appear as thumbnails in the web panel and Android app, and can be opened, downloaded or moved to the trash. Videos can be listed and downloaded; preview behavior depends on browser support.
Can I download a backed-up photo to my phone again?
Yes. Open a photo in the Android app gallery and save it to your phone again.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Run the system on your own domain or subdomain.
What are the hosting requirements?
Hosting with HTTPS, PHP, PDO MySQL and MySQL/MariaDB is required. If storing files on the hosting account, sufficient disk space and suitable file-size and execution-time limits are also required.
